Intelligent Traffic Management Unit (CENTRIS) is a smart intersection module that optimizes the light durations at the intersection and minimizes the waiting time in the light of the information obtained from the vehicle counting cameras at the intersections.

Cabin dimensions are 120 x 75 x 200 mm. The total weight of the cabin is 800 grams. The module, which has a maximum power consumption of 5 w, has an IP 64 plastic case. It has an ARM Cortex – A8 processor and the power input is 220 VAC.

CENTRIS serves as the brain for the management of smart intersections, whose demand is rapidly increasing and widespread today. It works compatible with sensors that measure vehicle density. This module counts the number of vehicles passing from which directions at intersections with the information it receives from the cameras and determines the average speeds. It determines which branch of the intersection is congested and optimizes light durations at intersections. It also provides priority vehicle passage such as police, ambulance and fire brigade. In case of malfunction, it notifies the center, thus minimizing intervention time. Provides uninterrupted access via GPRS and Ethernet. Intelligent Traffic Management Unit (CENTRIS) is suitable for international use with its multi-lingual interface.
