2918 sayılı Trafik Kanununa göre, “Çocuk Trafik Eğitim Parkı” (Çocuk Trafik Eğitim Pisti) projelendirmesi ve hazırlanması yerel yönetimler sorumluluğundadır. Yerel yönetimler proje planlamalarını Karayolları ve TSE normlarına göre yapmaktadırlar.
