Electric road button is a warning road safety product used on the roadside in places where it is difficult to benefit from solar energy, especially in tunnels and mountain roads.
It is produced from PC or ASA plastic material. It has dimensions of 100 x 105 x 18 mm. There are a total of 12 LEDs, 6 on each side. First quality 5 mm LEDs are used. Red, White, Blue, Amber and Green LED color options are available. Depending on demand, both sides are produced in the same colors or different colors. LED intensity minimum 5000 mcd. The button has an IP 65 degree of protection and operates on 24 V DC. It is fixed on the pavement on roadsides and tunnels with two screws. Unless there is a special preference, it is placed in red in the direction of traffic and in white in the direction opposite to traffic.
Asa plastic test reports, UL 94 VO fireproofing report, EN 50293 reports are available. It can withstand a pressure weight of up to 20 tons. It is suitable for operation in steady, flashing, flowing, back and forth modes depending on the signal coming to the buttons.

Electric LED road button control unit is the main part required for the control and operation of the buttons used. The control unit distributes the 220 v electricity coming from the line to the buttons as 24 v, ensuring their operation.
A safe with dimensions of 15 x 35 x 50 cm is available. It is produced with IP 65 / IP 66 protection degree. It can control between 50 and 100 buttons, depending on the applied project and the distances between buttons. There are 4 output terminals. It is the main control panel where the buttons are programmed to operate in Continuous - Flash - Forward - Backward Flashing modes. Control can be provided via the in-panel LCD screen or SCADA. Thanks to its ergonomic outer casing and reasonable dimensions, you can easily fix the panel even in limited spaces.
We have more economical models of control units. In Eco models, case dimensions, sealing degrees, maximum number of button operations, input and output voltages, and number of terminals are the same, and control is provided by the commutator inside the panel. In the modes, it only lights up continuously or flashes only. There is no back and forth mode. Considering a simple type of control, it may be preferred in terms of cost.
